Insider Knowledge: Top Tips from Women in Tech

It is no secret that women are still underrepresented in Science, Tech, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) fields. Did you know that in the last 30 years there has hardly been any change in the percentage of women in the sciences in Canada? These industries have only seen 3% growth in female representation since 1987!

These are high-growth industries that present enormous opportunities for skilled workers and entrepreneurs. So what does it take for a woman to succeed in STEM? We interviewed two professionals who gave us their tips for thriving on the job.
