Webinar Recording: Sell Your Professional Services to the Government
This is the recording of a webinar hosted by Women’s Enterprise Centre in August 2019. To view free upcoming sessions visit wec.ca/MAF
The Canadian government spends over $16B on goods and services every year, and if you provide professional services, you might be able to get a piece of the pie.
We partnered with the Office of Small and Medium Enterprises for a webinar to help you find and bid on opportunities to sell your professional services to the government.
They buy over 15,000 types of goods and services, including communications and printing, research, training, consulting, maintenance, construction, engineering and more!
In this recording, you’ll learn:
- How to register your business in the Centralized Professional Services System (CPSS)
- How the Government purchases services, and uses standing offers and supply arrangements
- Which procurement tools a Government of Canada buyer may use for purchasing professional services, such as: ProServices, Learning Services, Translation and Interpretation Services, Temporary Help Services and the SELECT database
Facilitator: Kaitlyn McConnell, Mentoring Program Manager, Women’s Enterprise Centre
Panelist: Aaron Ydenberg, Project Officer, OSME Pacific
