Brandi M. Wingrove
Brandi Wingrove has been an audit partner with KPMG for nine years, specializing in small and medium size private companies across many different industries with a specialization in consumer markets, real estate and technology.
With a strong entrepreneurial background, Brandi obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree from Simon Fraser University, a Diploma in financial management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and then obtained her Chartered Accountant designation in 1999. After obtaining her designation, Brandi moved overseas to Dubai, where she lived for four years and worked in industry. She worked two years with Microsoft – Great Plains as the Director of Finance and the other two years as the Chief Accountant at L’Oreal.
Upon returning from Dubai, Brandi and her husband purchased, operated, and eventually sold a retail truck accessory business and a spray-in liner business. This business venture gave her first-hand experience as an entrepreneur.
Brandi enjoys solving challenges her clients face in their day to day business. Whether it’s finance, tax or other general business needs, she is there to help be part of the solution to make their businesses better.
Before transitioning to this Board, Brandi sat on the board of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs. This role gives her the opportunity to work with many talented female entrepreneurs. Brandi is passionate about helping female entrepreneurs succeed and spends some of her spare time mentoring and teaching financial literacy.
