Special Project: Enhancing the Mosaic of Women Entrepreneurs

Thanks to funding from the Government of Canada’s “Women Entrepreneurship Strategy Ecosystem Fund,” Women’s Enterprise Centre has begun a four-year project to strengthen the mosaic of diverse BC women entrepreneurs!

The “Enhancing the Mosaic of Women Entrepreneurs” (EMWE) project improves access to our services throughout BC by:

  • Providing additional team members in rural regions,
  • Allowing us to expand our award-winning mentoring program,
  • Expanding our support for exporters and growth businesses seeking to explore supplier diversity opportunities, and
  • Helping us develop new training offerings, including programs designed for immigrant and Indigenous entrepreneurs.

  • Sectoral – Diverse suppliers and exporters
