Kerrilee Auger, Skills Development Manager
Kerrilee Auger is the Skills Development Manager at Women’s Enterprise Centre, based at its Kelowna headquarters. She is a Taking the Stage® Facilitator and Certified Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile™ Practitioner.
Kerrilee is uniquely qualified to help women business owners, with her broad background in all aspects of starting and running a business, and career experience in accounting, sales, marketing, and event management. She was a founding partner in a successful tourism activity business, started her own business, InstaPulse, in 2010, and works alongside her husband as a training consultant in his company Masterworks Coaching Group.
As the Skills Development Manager at Women’s Enterprise Centre, Kerrilee develops, delivers and oversees training and mentoring programs which help women entrepreneurs throughout BC to realize their business potential.
Kerrilee participated in a Women’s Enterprise Centre peer mentoring group when she started her business in Whistler in 2010, and she believes the mentoring she received contributed greatly to her business success.
Kerrilee was also an active supporter of women entrepreneurs in her past role as Chair of Women of Whistler (WOW) from 2011 to 2016. WOW, which WEC supports as a community partner, is an initiative of the Whistler Chamber of Commerce. Through WOW, Kerrilee joined the WEB Alliance, and she has coordinated their showcase at the BC Economic Forum and WE for SHE events since 2014.
Kerrilee’s passion is to help other business owners create “a-ha!” moments through collaborative working relationships. “Every day, I am excited about supporting women entrepreneurs in BC through the wonderful programs that Women’s Enterprise Centre offers. We are here to provide the resources and tools women need to build a successful business.”
